Acer on Thursday introduced the Predator Helios 300 gaming laptop in India. Acer says it’s the first gaming laptop in India to have a 360Hz refresh rate display. The latest gaming machine from Acer comes with an 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900H processor paired with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU. Moreover, the Predator Helios 300 comes with Acer’s 5th gen AeroBlade 3D fan technology to keep thermals under control. Predator Helios 300 features a 15.6-inch FHD IPS (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) LED-backlit TFT LCD panel with 100 percent sRGB coverage and a peak brightness of 300 nits. The 15.6-inch TFT LCD panel on Predator Helios 300 offers a refresh rate of up to 360Hz with up to 3ms overdrive response. The laptop runs Windows 11 out of the box.

The gaming laptop comes with 16GB of DDR4 RAM, which can be upgraded to 32GB using the two SODIMM modules and 1TB of PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD. The Predator Helios 300 comes with the 5th generation of AeroBlade 3D fans, which according to Acer, offer reduced noise and increased airflow compared to the previous generation.
Acer Predator Helios 300 comes with a 4-zone RGB keyboard with concave-shaped WASD keys for WASD and a button each for Turbo mode and PredatorSense. Using the Turbo button, users can instantly overclock the CPU, while the PredatorSense offers a bunch of customization options for your gaming laptop. Further, the laptop has a 720P webcam and dual speakers with DTS:X Ultra offering a 360-degree surround sound experience.
